RETURNS POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! You can return your office supplies for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If you are not happy with a product you received, please contact us right away via phone or email. We will not accept complaints after 5 days from the date of delivery.

If you did not receive the office supplies you ordered, please contact us within 5 days from the day of purchase so that we can track the shipment and resolve the issue. We will not be responsible for the order after this time.

All orders marked as delivered by the shipment courier are considered delivered.

Office supplies that are fully functional can only be returned unopened in their original packaging. Please contact us within 5 days from the day of delivery, and we will issue a refund or a replacement. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned products. Defective products will be fully refunded or replaced at no cost to the customer, provided you contact us within 5 days from the day of delivery.

You are responsible for the return shipping fee. As soon as we receive the item(s), you’ll receive your refund, store credit, or a new item where applicable. If you choose to exchange, you’re responsible for shipping fees.

If your item(s) happen to be lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Processing fees are not refundable.
