Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of the original invoice date for a full refund (minus round-trip shipping costs).
Return Guidelines
Change of Mind:
•Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
•Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items:
•Report damages or defects within 7 days of receiving your order.
•Choose between a replacement order or full refund—we cover all shipping costs.
Order Shortages or Incorrect Items:
•Report any shortages or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.
•We’ll send you the missing or correct items as soon as possible.
Special Orders:
•Special order items may incur a minimum 20% restocking fee if returned.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Request Authorization
• Complete the Return/Exchange Authorization Form (RMA) which you can obtain by contacting us via email info@deskcats.com.
•If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email a photo to info@deskcats.com.
2. Receive Return Instructions
•We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
•The RMA is valid for 14 days from the issue date.
3. Follow the Return Process
•Carefully follow the provided instructions—incorrect returns may be subject to additional fees or delays.
•Once we receive your returned items, allow up to 14 days for processing.
Shipping & Restocking Fees
•Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees on returned items.
•If you received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
•Return shipping labels are available upon request; the cost will be deducted from your refund.
•Returns received beyond 30 days may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
•If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover all shipping costs.
•Bulk and wholesale items shipped directly from the factory are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Clearance items
❌ Food products
❌ Medicine and first aid supplies
❌ Custom-made or special-order products
❌ Items sold via Amazon or third-party resellers (check with your seller)
❌ Unboxed or improperly packaged items
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately via email info@deskcats.com.
•Once an order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
•If your order has already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
